AEYA New Leaders Lab 2026 for Young Africans (Fully Funded)
The AEYA New Leaders Lab 2026 is a fully funded leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development programme aimed at empowering young Africans across 19 countries. This initiative, supported by the European Union, provides participants with essential skills, mentorship, and networking opportunities to drive positive change in their communities.
Participants will engage in leadership training, entrepreneurship skills development, and civic engagement knowledge, all designed to transform innovative ideas into impactful community projects. The programme lasts approximately three to four months and combines theoretical learning with practical application.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old, reside in one of the eligible countries, have basic knowledge of English, French, or Portuguese, and submit a project or business idea. No specific educational qualification is required, but motivation and commitment to community development are prioritized.
