Africa Big Bets Fellowship 2026 for African Leaders (Innovative Solutions for Development)
The Africa Big Bets Fellowship is an intensive five-month program designed for ten changemakers from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania. This fellowship aims to elevate innovative solutions addressing critical issues such as energy access, food security, financial inclusion, and climate resilience across the continent. Participants will engage in peer learning and gain access to global networking opportunities to scale their impactful ideas.
Launched during the AfricaXchange 2026 event, this inaugural cohort reflects the strength of African leadership in tackling pressing challenges. The Rockefeller Foundation is committed to supporting a new generation of leaders who are dedicated to improving lives and expanding opportunities throughout Africa.
Eligibility
Open to leaders from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania who are working on innovative solutions in various sectors including health, agriculture, and clean energy.
