
Africa Big Bets Fellowship 2026 for African Leaders (Innovative Solutions for Community Change)
The Africa Big Bets Fellowship is an intensive five-month program designed for ten leaders from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania. This fellowship aims to elevate innovative solutions addressing critical issues such as energy access, food security, and healthcare across the continent. Participants will engage in peer learning and global networking to scale their impactful ideas and drive transformational change in their communities.
Launched during the AfricaXchange Summit, this inaugural cohort reflects the strength of African leadership in tackling pressing challenges. The Rockefeller Foundation, with over a century of experience in supporting charitable initiatives, backs this new generation of changemakers to expand opportunities and improve lives across Africa.
Eligibility
Open to leaders from Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania who are driving community-led solutions in various sectors.
