
African Leadership Centre Fellowship 2026 for Global South Students (Partially Funded)
The African Leadership Centre Associate Fellowship in Global Leadership & Peacebuilding offers a unique opportunity for students from the Global South to advance their careers. This fellowship supports part of the MSc in Global Leadership and Peacebuilding at King’s College London, starting in September 2026. It combines classroom learning with practical training, including mentoring and internships at international organizations.
Fellows will gain valuable research skills, policy knowledge, and networking opportunities in the fields of peace, security, and development. The program emphasizes southern-led ideas and the importance of diversity, integrity, and youth involvement.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of any Global South country.
- Show interest in careers related to peace, security, and development.
- Display values such as promoting southern ideas, independent thinking, integrity, and respect for diversity.
Admission requires an unconditional offer for the MSc program at King’s College London, and most applicants will need to pass an English language test and obtain a student visa.
Benefits
The fellowship covers 25% of the MSc tuition fees and provides £5,000 towards living costs.
