The AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation Visiting Fellowship Programme offers a fully funded opportunity for senior Nigerian public sector leaders to study at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. This fellowship aims to strengthen leadership capacity in Nigeria’s public sector by equipping top executives with global knowledge, policy insight, and reform tools.
By investing in experienced public sector leaders, the programme addresses governance challenges and enhances the ability to implement reforms and improve service delivery. Eligibility
- Must be a Nigerian public sector executive currently serving at a leadership level (e.g., Director Generals, Chief Executive Officers).
- At least six years remaining before retirement with measurable impact in public service delivery over the past five years.
- A minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Must secure formal endorsement from a senior public sector authority and have a clean ethical record.
