The ARROW–AMwA Advocacy Institute 2026 is a regional feminist leadership and advocacy programme designed for young feminist leaders aged 18–35 from Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. This programme combines capacity-building webinars with a competitive fellowship phase, focusing on real-world advocacy implementation in areas such as human rights, gender equality, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

Participants will engage in a 7-week online learning programme followed by a fellowship phase that supports the development of national advocacy plans and provides technical mentoring. This initiative aims to strengthen solidarity across regions and empower participants to influence policy and cultural narratives.

Eligibility

Applicants must be female or gender-diverse feminist-identifying individuals aged 18–35 with at least 2 years of experience in human rights, gender equality, or SRHR advocacy. They should be affiliated with an organization aligned with progressive feminist values and be nationals and residents of eligible countries in Africa, Asia, or the Pacific.
