ASEF Young Leaders Training 2026 for Young Professionals (Fully Funded Training + Norway Summit Trip)
The ASEF Young Leaders Training 2026 is an international youth leadership program designed for young people from Asia and Europe. This program focuses on 'Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future,' helping participants develop essential leadership skills and understand future trends in a rapidly changing world.
Running from June to November 2026, the program includes an online training phase and an opportunity for selected participants to attend in-person training in Tromsø, Norway, where they will engage with Arctic challenges and leadership.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old, from eligible countries in Asia or Europe, and involved in youth activities, student groups, or community work. A good command of English is required, and leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Benefits
No application or participation fee, free online training, travel support for selected participants, free accommodation in Norway, meals provided, and a certificate upon completion.
