ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026 for Young Leaders from Asia and Europe (Fully Funded)
The ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026 offers young leaders from Asia and Europe the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through a fully funded program. Participants will engage in online training focused on anticipatory leadership, followed by community projects to apply their learning. This program not only covers all expenses but also provides valuable networking opportunities with peers and experts in the field.
Running from June to November 2026, the training includes an online phase and an action phase, culminating in an exclusive in-person event in Tromsø, Norway, for top participants. This initiative aims to empower youth to lead effectively in their communities and adapt to future challenges.
Eligibility
Young leaders aged 18 to 30 who are students or young professionals from ASEF partner countries in Asia and Europe. Applicants must have active roles in youth or student organizations and possess strong English skills.
Benefits
All expenses covered, including training, accommodation, meals, and travel subsidies for selected participants. The online training is valued at SGD 1,000, while the in-person event in Norway is worth SGD 6,500.
