The Associate Fellowship in Global Leadership and Peacebuilding is a competitive opportunity for emerging leaders from the Global South, designed to support impactful careers in peace, security, and development. This fellowship is linked to the MSc in Global Leadership and Peacebuilding at King’s College London, starting in September 2026.

Participants will engage in full-time postgraduate study, combining academic learning with policy-relevant research, mentorship, and exposure to global networks. The program aims to develop leaders capable of addressing complex global challenges, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected contexts.

Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens of a Global South country and demonstrate a commitment to careers in peace, security, and development. Candidates should exhibit values such as independent thinking, integrity, respect for diversity, and support for locally driven change. Admission to the MSc Global Leadership and Peacebuilding program at King’s College London is also required.

Benefits

The fellowship covers 25% of MSc tuition fees and provides a stipend of £5,000 toward living costs.
