Carnegie Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 for Youth Ages 14-24 (Up to $7,500 Funding)
The Carnegie Young Leaders Fellowship is designed for young individuals aged 14-24 who are eager to tackle real-world challenges in their communities. Participants will form teams to develop projects that address pressing issues they have observed or experienced. Over the course of the year-long fellowship, teams will receive funding, mentorship, and access to a national network to help turn their ideas into impactful solutions.
Fellows will benefit from up to $7,500 in funding, coaching, and a comprehensive curriculum to guide their project implementation and leadership development. This fellowship not only fosters individual growth but also encourages collaboration and community engagement among young leaders.
Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 14-24 and based in any of the 50 states or Washington, D.C. They should have an interest in addressing real-world issues in their communities and be willing to collaborate as part of a team. No prior project experience is required, and applicants are encouraged to submit ideas at any stage of development.
Benefits
Up to $7,500 in funding for projects, $2.5K stipend for team lead, $1K stipend for each team member, and up to $1K in reimbursement funding for project planning and implementation.
