CDEMA Young Professionals Programme 2026 for Young Graduates (Fully Supported Internship)
The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) invites applications for its Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2026. This internship offers young graduates from participating Caribbean states a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in disaster risk management and resilience-building efforts. Interns will be based at CDEMA Headquarters in Bridgetown, Barbados, for 12 to 18 months, receiving mentorship and exposure to regional initiatives.
The programme aims to empower the next generation of disaster management professionals by providing hands-on learning experiences and creating pathways for future employment. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend and relocation support for international participants.
Eligibility
Open to young graduates from post-secondary institutions in participating Caribbean states. Applicants should be available for the entire internship period.
