Chatham House Academy Fellowships 2026–2027
The Chatham House Academy Fellowships for 2026-2027 invite early- to mid-career professionals to engage in a transformative journey of research and collaboration. This prestigious fellowship provides a platform for emerging leaders from diverse fields to contribute to global policy discussions and make a meaningful impact on the world stage.
Fellows will conduct independent research aligned with Chatham House's strategic priorities, covering critical global issues. This ten-month, in-person experience includes substantial benefits such as a monthly stipend, relocation support, and access to a global network of experts.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, meet specific eligibility criteria for their chosen fellowship, demonstrate relevant professional or research experience, and show leadership potential. Proficiency in English is required.
The fellowships have varied eligibility:
- New Generation Europe Fellowship: Open to Russian citizens or dual citizens.
- Mo Ibrahim Foundation Fellowship: Open to citizens or dual citizens of any African country.
- Richard and Susan Hayden Fellowship: Open to citizens or dual citizens of any country.
- Stavros Niarchos Foundation Fellowship: Open to Greek citizens or dual citizens.
