The Compare Fellowship 2026–2027 offers a unique opportunity for early career academics in education to enhance their research impact and engage with the global academic community. This fellowship is designed to support scholars from underrepresented regions, particularly the Global South, by providing resources, mentorship, and platforms to share their work internationally.
Running from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027, the fellowship includes full funding for participation in key academic activities in the UK, including conferences, workshops, and an academic residency, ensuring both individual career development and broader institutional impact.
Eligibility
Applicants must be currently based at a university in a low-income country as defined by the World Bank, have completed a doctoral degree within the last six years, and be actively engaged in teaching or research in education.
