Connections Through Culture Grants 2026 for Creative Practitioners (Funding Available)
The British Council has launched the 2026 cycle of its Connections Through Culture (CTC) grants program, aimed at fostering bilateral creative collaborations and cross-cultural exchanges between the UK and 35 participating countries, including the Philippines. This program supports a wide range of artistic expressions, including visual arts, music, literature, performance, architecture, design, and film.
Eligible applicants include creative practitioners, cultural professionals, artists, and organizations that can demonstrate meaningful collaboration with at least one UK-based partner. The program aims to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen ties between creative communities.
Eligibility
Open to creative practitioners, cultural professionals, artists, creative hubs, festivals, biennials, and organizations. Projects must involve at least one UK-based partner and one partner legally established in a participating nation.
Benefits
Funding amounts vary by location: Up to £15,000 for Bangladesh and Pakistan; Up to £10,000 for Mainland China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam; Up to £5,000 for Australia and New Zealand.
