CORDAP Call for Tenders: Coral Decision Support System (CDSS-C) 2026
The Coral Research & Development Accelerator Platform (CORDAP) invites proposals for the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) aimed at coral reef conservation and restoration planning. This initiative seeks to harness AI technology to create a high-impact tool that will be freely available for global coral conservation efforts.
This call for tenders is designed for international teams and aims to support scalable and affordable solutions for coral conservation, particularly in low and middle-income countries. The total funding available is USD 1.5 million, with applications due by May 20, 2026.
Eligibility
Proposals must include a minimum of three applicants: one Lead Applicant and at least two Co-Applicants from different countries, including at least one from a low or middle-income country. Eligible organizations include not-for-profits, for-profits, higher education institutions, research institutes, and government organizations. Individuals cannot apply directly.
Benefits
The maximum award amount is USD 1.5 million, intended for the development of the Decision Support System.
