Disability Rights FundAfricaGrantsDeadline: Posted

The Disability Rights Fund (DRF) is offering a significant grant opportunity for organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) across Sub-Saharan Africa. This funding is crucial for OPDs to advocate for rights, influence policies, and enhance disability inclusion efforts. The 2026 grant round aims to support various types of organizations through small, mid-level coalition, and national coalition grants, providing essential financial resources to strengthen their initiatives.

Founded in 2008, DRF emphasizes a governance model that includes persons with disabilities in decision-making processes, ensuring that funding decisions reflect the community's priorities. This grant round not only expands eligibility to all Sub-Saharan African countries but also introduces multi-year funding options, allowing organizations to focus on long-term advocacy and capacity building.
