The ECOSOCC Kenneth Kaunda Graduate Immersion Programme (KKGIP) 2026 offers recent Zambian graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international governance, policy research, and project management. Participants will work directly at the ECOSOCC Secretariat in Lusaka, Zambia, contributing to various strategic activities while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

This fully funded programme not only equips young graduates with practical skills but also provides exposure to continental governance processes and opportunities to build a professional Pan-African network.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

  • Under 35 years of age at the time of application.
  • Zambian citizens.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communication, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Graduated within the last five years with a distinction or merit classification.
  • Possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or another African Union working language is an advantage.

Benefits

Participants will receive a monthly transport stipend and logistical support, along with practical experience and mentorship.
