The Education Changemakers Program 2026 is a fully funded leadership initiative aimed at empowering young African leaders in the education sector. This transformative program offers a unique opportunity for educators, innovators, policymakers, and advocates to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and scale their impact in education.

Participants will engage in a 4-week intensive leadership experience, focusing on leadership development, systems thinking, social innovation, and policy advocacy. The program not only builds skills but also provides tools and support for creating sustainable change within communities.

Eligibility

Open to young African leaders aged 18–35 actively engaged in the education sector, including teachers, school leaders, social entrepreneurs, EdTech innovators, NGO leaders, researchers, policymakers, and education advocates. Priority is given to individuals from rural communities, refugee backgrounds, and underserved communities.

Benefits

Covers all application and participation fees, along with seed grants for selected participants to scale their educational initiatives.
