This program fosters collaboration, project development, and networking among diverse leaders, aiming to create a more peaceful and just world through dialogue and understanding.
Fellows will engage in both in-person and online activities, connecting with American peers and the extensive EF network. This opportunity not only enhances individual projects but also builds lasting relationships that can lead to significant global impact.

Applicants must be citizens or long-term residents of eligible countries, aged 32-45 (with some flexibility for exceptional candidates). Strong English proficiency is required, and candidates should have proven leadership experience. Note that US residents cannot apply for this international program, and those who have participated in any fellowship in the last two years are ineligible.
