The Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Fellowship (ELBI) is a prestigious program aimed at cultivating the next generation of global leaders in biosecurity. This fellowship equips professionals with the necessary knowledge, networks, and leadership skills to tackle complex biological threats and enhance global health security systems. Eligibility
To be eligible for the ELBI fellowship, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Hold a master’s or doctoral degree
- Be currently enrolled in a doctoral program
- Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in relevant fields such as national security, public health, medicine, biotechnology, laboratory sciences, or global health.
Additionally, applicants must reside in countries not subject to embargoes or sanctions as defined by the United States government.
