Eligibility
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree or have at least 10 years of experience as a government official. Strong English proficiency and policy-relevant experience are required. Candidates must submit a research proposal addressing regional issues in ASEAN or East Asia.
Benefits
Fellows receive a competitive monthly allowance of up to USD 5,000, which supports research activities and living expenses. However, fellows are responsible for accommodation, health insurance, and personal expenses.
