EU Internal Security Fund CEEP 2026 for Civil Society Organizations (Up to €1.5M Grants)
The EU Internal Security Fund (ISF) CEEP Grant 2026 offers funding for civil society-led projects aimed at preventing online radicalisation and strengthening community resilience across Europe. This initiative supports collaborative, high-impact projects that engage youth and promote digital safety.
With a total budget of €5 million, the program encourages evidence-based, participatory approaches that involve communities in the design and implementation of solutions to combat online extremism, particularly among vulnerable groups.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants include consortia of at least three organisations from different EU Member States, with at least two being civil society organisations. Non-profits, NGOs, and research institutions working in youth engagement, education, and community development are encouraged to apply. Note: Denmark is not eligible.

Benefits
Grants range from €1 million to €1.5 million per project, covering up to 90% of eligible costs.
