
External Relations Internship, UN System and Multilateral Engagement Division at the WFP Global Office
The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, dedicated to saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to foster peace and stability. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within the UN System and Multilateral Engagement Division, where you will engage with international political and humanitarian actors to mobilize efforts towards achieving a world without hunger.
As an intern, you will support WFP staff in various intergovernmental fora, assist in preparing for key events, and contribute to the planning and execution of WFP-hosted events. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about humanitarian work and international relations.
Eligibility
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program at a recognized university. Experience working with the UN system is preferred. Candidates should have attended university courses within the past 12 months.
Benefits
Interns will receive a stipend of US$1000 per month.
