Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Kenya Political Leadership and Governance Programme 2026 for Young Kenyans
The Political Leadership and Governance Programme (PLGP) is designed for young Kenyans aged 18–35 who aspire to be future leaders. This two-week training program focuses on nurturing value-driven leadership for democratic governance, providing participants with essential skills, networks, and expertise relevant to political leadership.
The program aims to empower young leaders, including those from marginalized communities, enhancing their leadership capacity and expanding their professional networks. Participants will gain both soft and hard leadership skills that are crucial for effective governance.
