Global Leadership Program 2026 for Canadian Professionals (In-Person Residency)
The Global Leadership Program 2026 by Aga Khan Foundation Canada is designed to equip Canadian professionals with the skills and insights needed to navigate global challenges. This program brings together a diverse cohort of mid-career professionals to explore the interconnected forces shaping our societies and to foster collaboration towards a more peaceful and prosperous world.
Participants will engage in a combination of online resources, virtual learning sessions, and a five-day in-person residency in Ottawa. The program emphasizes dynamic learning from global thought leaders and encourages participants to apply a global perspective to their leadership practices.
Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Canada, fluent in English, and available to attend the in-person residency in Ottawa from November 1 to 6, 2026. A commitment to virtual coaching sessions and ongoing engagement as an alum is also required. A nominal fee of $100 CAD is expected upon selection, but accommodations can be made for those for whom this fee is a barrier.
