
Global Youth Mobilization Youth Empowerment Fund for Young Changemakers
The Global Youth Mobilization (GYM) Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF) provides direct financial support for youth-led initiatives that focus on implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level. This fund is designed to empower young people from under-represented backgrounds, helping them overcome challenges related to socio-economic status, gender, disability, and climate change.
Eligible applicants can receive micro-grants ranging from 500 to 5000 EUR, depending on the type of organization. In addition to funding, successful applicants will benefit from capacity-building opportunities, workshops, and guidance to help them implement their projects effectively.
Eligibility
Young people aged 14 to 30 from eligible countries. Applications are welcome from individuals, informal groups, and registered youth-led organizations. Projects should address global challenges aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a special focus on under-represented and vulnerable groups.
Benefits
Micro-grants between 500-1500 EUR for individuals or informal groups, and up to 5000 EUR for registered youth-led organizations. Capacity building opportunities and access to an Accelerator Program are also provided.
