The Globethics Emerging Leaders in Ethical AI Governance Fellowship offers a unique, fully funded opportunity for early-career professionals to shape the future of ethical and inclusive AI governance. This international program targets individuals from academia, government, civil society, and the private sector who are passionate about responsible AI and ethical leadership.

Fellows will spend a week in Geneva, the heart of global decision-making, and participate in the AI for Good Global Summit. The program provides mentorship, networking, and practical experience, helping participants develop projects with real-world impact. Importantly, top fellows will also have the chance to secure seed funding for their ideas.

Eligibility

  • Early-career professionals aged 24–35
  • Backgrounds in academia (Master’s, PhD, postdoctoral), government, public sector, private sector (AI, tech, ethics, compliance, innovation), civil society, or interfaith organisations
  • Active engagement in AI ethics, governance, or responsible innovation
  • Ability to develop a research, policy, or applied project
  • Interest in intercultural or interfaith dialogue
  • No religious affiliation required
