Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship 2027–2028 for Indian Professionals (Fully Funded)

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program offers a prestigious opportunity for Indian professionals to gain global exposure, leadership development, and professional networking in the United States. This fully funded fellowship is designed for accomplished young and mid-career professionals committed to public service, providing them with approximately ten months of non-degree graduate-level study and professional enrichment.

Participants will engage in customized academic and professional experiences, focusing on leadership training, policy engagement, and networking with experts from around the world. This fellowship is particularly valuable for those in sectors such as governance, public health, education, and technology, helping them to strengthen their skills and contribute effectively to India's development.

Applicants must be Indian professionals with at least five years of full-time professional experience. They should possess a four-year bachelor’s degree, a completed master’s degree, or a full-time postgraduate diploma. Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to public service, and strong English language proficiency. Additionally, they must commit to returning to India after the fellowship.

The fellowship covers all expenses related to the program, including travel, living expenses, and academic fees.
