Humphrey Fellowship 2026 for Mid-Career Professionals (Fully Funded)

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a prestigious, fully funded, non-degree professional exchange program in the United States designed for mid-career professionals from eligible countries. It aims to develop leadership skills, enhance professional capacity, and promote mutual understanding between nations.

Participants engage in university-level academic study, leadership development workshops, professional affiliations in U.S. organizations, and networking opportunities at global conferences.

To be eligible for the Humphrey Fellowship Program, applicants must:

• Be a citizen of an eligible country.
• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential and commitment to public service.
• Possess strong English language skills.
• Have limited prior experience in the United States.
