ICGEB Arturo Falaschi Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026
The Arturo Falaschi Postdoctoral Fellowships present an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to pursue postdoctoral research. These fellowships, currently open for applications, offer full funding to international students for a duration of 2 years, with the potential for a 1-year extension. Named in honor of Prof. Arturo Falaschi, these fellowships are available to scientists who are citizens of ICGEB Member States, allowing them to engage in research activities in Trieste, New Delhi, or Cape Town.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
- Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of an ICGEB Member State and cannot apply for fellowships in their home country unless they have been working abroad for at least 3 years.
- Educational Background: A recent PhD in Life Sciences is required.
- Research Experience: A minimum of 3 years of research experience is necessary.
- Age Limit: Preference is given to candidates under the age of 35.
