ICT Internship 2026 for Candidates with Disabilities (Hands-On Experience in Data & AI)
The International Training Centre of the ILO is offering a unique internship opportunity within its ICT Services unit, specifically reserved for candidates with disabilities. This internship aims to empower individuals by providing practical experience in data management, analytics, and digital transformation within a global organization.
Interns will work on real-world projects that support evidence-based decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving data collection, management, and analysis. Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Education
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate/postgraduate program in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Information Systems
- Or a related field
Languages
- Good working knowledge of English
- Additional languages are a plus
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud data systems (asset)
- Experience with AI tools (desirable)
Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking
- Creativity and initiative
- Strong digital mindset
