The ILO/Korea Partnership Programme offers a five-month internship for graduate students and recent graduates to gain international professional experience in labour and development issues across Asia and the Pacific. Interns will work at the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand, starting on 1 August 2026.

This internship focuses on international labour and employment policy, social protection, and regional development programmes, providing hands-on experience within a leading international organization dedicated to advancing workers’ rights and sustainable development.

Eligibility

Eligible candidates must be enrolled in the final year of a graduate degree programme or have completed a graduate degree within the past year. Ideal applicants have academic backgrounds in international development, public policy, economics, labour studies, social sciences, international relations, law, or related disciplines.
