Intern - HR Management Job at African Development Bank
The African Development Bank offers an internship program designed to provide students with professional and practical experience. This opportunity allows interns to gain insights into the Bank's operations while contributing to its mission. Although the internship does not guarantee immediate employment, it serves as a valuable stepping stone for future recruitment.
Interns will engage in various fields such as Agriculture, Human Capital, Engineering, and more. The program is set to commence in July 2026, and candidates will have the chance to work either remotely or on-site, depending on the needs of their respective units.
Eligibility
To apply, candidates must:
- Be nationals of member countries of the African Development Bank.
- Be aged between 18 and 30 years at the start of the internship.
- Be currently enrolled in a master’s degree program at a recognized institution.
- Provide proof of enrollment or a copy of their degree.
- Be fluent in at least one of the Bank's working languages (English or French).
- Have proficiency in standard software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend and medical insurance coverage during their internship. However, they are responsible for their travel and living expenses if on-site.
