The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) Africa 2027 offers a prestigious opportunity for young, politically engaged graduates from selected African countries to experience the German parliamentary system firsthand. This fully funded program spans four weeks in Berlin, providing insights into political processes and democratic governance.
Participants will work directly in the office of a Member of the German Bundestag, attend workshops and lectures, and engage in networking with politicians and civil society leaders. This experience is designed for those committed to contributing to democracy and civil society in their home countries.
Eligibility
Open to young university graduates from selected African countries who are politically and socially committed. Applicants should have a passion for democracy and governance.
