
Internship in Human Resources Administration
The United Nations is offering an internship opportunity in Human Resources Administration at its duty station in The Hague. This six-month internship provides hands-on experience in HR management, administrative support, and office operations within an international organization. Interns will work closely with the Administrative and Personnel Division (APD) team, gaining practical exposure to HR operations and administrative processes essential to the functioning of a global institution.
Interns will assist in various tasks including recruitment, document management, and organizational support. This is a unique opportunity to develop professional skills in a multicultural environment while contributing to the mission of the UN.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD program, or
- Graduated within the past two years
Preferred educational backgrounds (considered assets):
- Business Administration
- Information Science or Records Management
- Library & Documentation
- Office Management and Secretarial Studies
Language Requirements:
- Excellent command of English or French (official UN languages). Knowledge of the other language is an added advantage.
