InteRussia Energy Fellowship 2026 for Latin American Energy Professionals (Partially Funded)
The InteRussia Energy Fellowship 2026 is a funded short-term professional training programme in Russia aimed at Latin American energy specialists. This fellowship provides participants with direct exposure to Russia’s energy institutions, industry leaders, and policy frameworks, enhancing their understanding of global energy systems and policy development.
Running from 27 July to 22 August 2026, the fellowship includes academic sessions, institutional visits, workshops, and a final research project, offering a valuable international learning experience for professionals in the energy sector.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Citizens of a Latin American country
- Aged between 21 and 40 years
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Working or have an academic background in the energy sector
- Without current academic or professional affiliation with Russian institutions
- Interested in international energy systems and policy development.
Benefits
The fellowship covers round-trip international airfare, accommodation in shared dormitory rooms, and a stipend of 30,000 Russian Rubles. Participants are responsible for meals, medical insurance, and visa fees.
