ISEC Internship Program 2026
The ISEC Internship Program 2026 offers an immersive opportunity for postgraduate students to gain hands-on experience in social science research. Hosted by ISEC in Bengaluru, India, this program provides interns with exposure to real-world policy challenges across multiple disciplines, including economics, sociology, political science, and more. The program aims to equip interns with essential research skills while providing mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge social science research.
Interns will collaborate with faculty and researchers, gain experience in policy-oriented research methodologies, and focus on various research themes such as agriculture, environment, economic studies, and public health. Eligibility
To apply for the ISEC Internship 2026, candidates must:
- Be a postgraduate student in social sciences
- Be currently between the 2nd and 3rd semesters of their Master’s program
Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in research and the ability to engage with interdisciplinary topics in social science and policy.
Benefits
Interns receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month, free accommodation for non-local interns, and travel reimbursement for Train Non-AC Sleeper Class.
