The ISS Dakar Junior Fellowship Programme 2026–2027 is a prestigious fully funded opportunity for emerging policy professionals in West Africa. Fluency in English or French is required, with knowledge of additional West African languages being an advantage. Strong interest in security, governance, and gender issues is essential.

Benefits

The fellowship includes a monthly stipend, health insurance, free accommodation in Dakar, and return airfare to and from the home country.
