The ISS Dakar Junior Fellowship Programme 2026–2027 is a prestigious fully funded opportunity for emerging policy professionals in West Africa. Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens of West African countries, under 30 years old, and hold a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as International Relations, Political Science, or Law. Fluency in English or French is required, with knowledge of additional West African languages being an advantage. Strong interest in security, governance, and gender issues is essential.
