ITR Fellowship 4.0 2026 for Young Africans (Fully Funded, Virtual)
The ITR Fellowship 4.0 is a transformative virtual program aimed at empowering young Africans with essential leadership skills and internship opportunities. This 8-week fellowship focuses on personal and professional development, helping participants transition from uncertainty to impactful leadership in their communities.
Participants will engage in interactive training sessions, workshops, and community impact projects, all designed to foster innovation and social change. Graduates will also benefit from post-fellowship mentorship and potential internship placements to enhance their employability.
Eligibility
To qualify for the ITR Fellowship 4.0, applicants must:
- Be an African citizen (from any country within the continent)
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have proficiency in English
- Have little or no prior experience in community development
- Commit to the full 8-week duration of the fellowship
- Maintain at least 85% attendance to qualify for graduation, mentorship, and internship opportunities
- Demonstrate motivation to contribute to social change.
