The Leadership Course on Ageing is Living aims to equip government officials, politicians, and senior managers with the skills needed to foster effective partnerships and drive coordinated action in the context of population ageing. Participants will learn to apply systems thinking to address the complexities of healthy ageing and long-term care, enhancing their leadership competencies across various sectors.
This course is designed for those responsible for developing or implementing policies that influence healthy ageing. It includes a mix of online foundational materials and an intensive three-day in-person program in Bilbao, Spain, featuring expert-led sessions and workshops.
Eligibility
This course is open to regional, national, and local government officials, politicians, and mid-to-senior managers involved in sectors affecting healthy ageing and long-term care. Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential and experience in multisectoral collaboration.
