LJLA Fellowship 2026 for Young Nigerians (Fully Funded)
The LJLA Fellowship Programme 2026 offers a fully funded opportunity for young Nigerians to develop strong leadership skills over a twelve-month period. This program focuses on public governance and provides practical experience, aiming to cultivate ethical leaders capable of addressing real-world challenges in society.
Participants will engage in a combination of classroom learning and hands-on leadership tasks, gaining deep insights into government operations, particularly in Lagos State. The fellowship includes mentorship from experienced leaders, shadowing opportunities with cabinet members, and involvement in community projects, all designed to enhance the fellows' confidence and skills for public service.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens aged 25 to 35 with at least two years of work experience. A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma is required, along with a valid NYSC certificate or exemption letter. For public sector applicants from Lagos State, a grade level of 8 to 12 is necessary.
