- Inbound Fellowships: Indian citizens who do not hold Australian permanent residency and possess a Temporary Activity Visa (Subclass 408 – Research Stream).
- Outbound Fellowships: Australian citizens who do not hold permanent residency in India and maintain a valid visa for India.
Applications must be submitted by Australian organizations with experience in the Australia–India bilateral relationship.
Benefits
