Moral Ambition Fellowships 2026–2027
The Moral Ambition Fellowships offer a transformative opportunity for mid-career professionals seeking to pivot into high-impact careers. This fully funded, 7-month fellowship combines intensive training with real-world policy engagement, empowering participants to tackle global challenges such as food systems reform, tax justice, and public health advocacy.
Fellows will dedicate themselves to impactful work while receiving a monthly stipend to cover living costs. The program includes a month of intensive training followed by a six-month placement in leading NGOs and advocacy organizations, ensuring that participants not only learn but actively contribute to real-world change.
Eligibility
This fellowship is designed for mid-career professionals with 5–10+ years of experience in fields such as law, economics, policy, consulting, communications, and research. Applicants must be ambitious, impact-driven, and willing to leave their current jobs temporarily to solve global challenges. Prior experience in the specific fellowship topic is not required.
Eligibility is generally open to applicants from around the world, with some fellowships requiring legal eligibility to work in the EU, USA, or Canada.
