Moral Ambition Fellowships 2026-2027: Fully Funded Path to High-Impact Careers

The Moral Ambition Fellowships 2026-2027 provide a fully funded opportunity for mid-career professionals to transition into impactful careers addressing global challenges such as tax justice and food reform. This seven-month program combines intensive training with hands-on experience in leading organizations, enabling fellows to tackle urgent issues directly.

Participants will engage in a one-month training focused on advocacy and policy, followed by six months of professional placement in NGOs, think tanks, or advocacy groups. The fellowship not only offers practical experience but also includes career coaching and access to a global network, making it an invaluable opportunity for those looking to make a meaningful change in their careers.

Mid-career professionals with 5-10 years of experience in fields such as law, economics, policy, consulting, communications, research, or academia are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be ambitious and willing to relocate if necessary. While the program is open to individuals worldwide, some tracks may require work rights in the EU, USA, or Canada.

Fellows receive a monthly stipend of up to $5,000 based on their location, along with hands-on policy experience and global networking opportunities.
