NextGen Fellowship 2026 in Nigeria
The NextGen Fellowship is a special track under the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme, aimed at empowering exceptional young Nigerians with digital skills, mentorship, and real-world experiences. This fellowship is co-created by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy and the Airtel Africa Foundation, supporting the mission to cultivate a future-ready workforce in Nigeria.
Fellows will benefit from free high-quality training, mentorship from industry professionals, hands-on project experience, and access to a national tech community, paving the way for real career pathways in the tech industry.
Eligibility
Applicants must be young Nigerians passionate about building a digital or tech career. They should have an interest in software, data, cybersecurity, product, cloud, UI/UX, or AI. Commitment to completing the full learning journey and willingness to participate in projects, teamwork, hackathons, and innovation challenges is essential.
