Ruwwad AI Scholars Fellowship 2026 for Emirati Ph.D. Graduates (Fully Funded)
The Ruwwad AI Scholars (RAIS) Fellowship is a fully funded, two-year postdoctoral program aimed at developing the next generation of Emirati researchers and AI faculty. This initiative supports UAE Nationals who have recently completed their Ph.D. to engage in advanced research internationally, thereby enhancing the UAE's long-term research capabilities in AI and related fields.
The fellowship is open to scholars from diverse disciplines, including machine learning, data science, engineering, biology, economics, and physics. It emphasizes candidates whose research aligns with AI and computational tools, fostering a homegrown AI faculty that is globally competitive and connected to the UAE's ambitions.
Eligibility
Open to UAE Nationals who have recently completed their Ph.D. Candidates should demonstrate strong research potential and independence, with a focus on alignment with the UAE’s long-term research goals.
