The SAP Young Professionals Program 2026 is a free two-month training initiative designed for recent graduates in Africa who aspire to build a career in tech consulting. Participants will receive SAP certifications and develop essential skills to become associate consultants, preparing them for roles in SAP consulting.
This program not only provides technical training but also focuses on soft skills necessary for job success. Graduates will learn from SAP experts in live virtual classrooms, gaining insights into functional and technical roles within SAP consulting, ultimately enhancing their employability in the tech industry.
Eligibility
- Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, or Egypt.
- Be unemployed or in a part-time job not related to career goals.
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Preferably graduated in the last three years with a top-quartile GPA.
- Strong interest in an SAP career, including travel.
- Fluent in English.
- Fully commit to the training schedule.
