The Scholars Incubator Program is designed for emerging scholars from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). It offers a platform to advance academic careers through skills development, guidance, and institutional support. Participants will benefit from a one-year research affiliation, tailored mentorship, and access to collaborative projects and publication opportunities.

Hosted by the Social Sciences Lab MENA, this program empowers junior researchers by providing essential resources and support in academic publishing, research data access, and assistance with applying for European funding schemes.

Eligibility

Applicants must be nationals of MENA countries or researchers with a demonstrated interest in MENA studies. Proficiency in Arabic is required, and English is a plus. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is necessary, and the program is aimed at early-career scholars or recent graduates. Reliable internet access is also required for online activities.
