The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) is dedicated to empowering young African entrepreneurs through a comprehensive program that includes seed funding, training, and mentorship. With over $100 million disbursed to approximately 24,000 entrepreneurs, TEF aims to foster economic growth and job creation across the continent. This initiative not only provides financial support but also cultivates a mindset shift, encouraging entrepreneurship as a viable career path.
TEF's approach combines capital with capacity-building, ensuring that beneficiaries receive the necessary skills and networks to thrive. Eligibility
Open to young African entrepreneurs aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality. Applicants should demonstrate a viable business idea and a commitment to contributing to their local economies.
