The Tony Elumelu Foundation has launched its 12th cohort of the Entrepreneurship Programme, welcoming 3,200 young entrepreneurs from all 54 African countries. This initiative aims to drive economic prosperity across the continent by providing seed funding and mentorship to innovative entrepreneurs in sectors like Artificial Intelligence, Agriculture, and the Green Economy.

Selected entrepreneurs will receive a $5,000 non-refundable grant, along with world-class mentorship and business training. This year's cohort emphasizes gender equality, with 51% of beneficiaries being women, and focuses on youth, with 75% aged between 18 and 35.

Eligibility

Applicants must be young entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 from any of the 54 African countries. The programme also prioritizes inclusivity, welcoming entrepreneurs from rural communities and those living with disabilities.
